Shipping Policies

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. All orders will posted with a tracking number. If an item is lost during shipping, an investigation will be lodged with Australia Post to locate the item, if there is no resolution the item will be replaced or refunded to the customer. Shipping costs may double if shipping internationally. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible.

Goods in stock will be despatched within 2 working days and in most cases you should receive orders within 3 to 5 working days.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post, orders over $200 are via registered post. If your product is out of stock it will placed on back order and you will be notified straight away. Some products can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to arrive.
